• Water Conservation – Heap Wah Enterprise has specifically developed a range of water-efficient products that meet the requirement of GBI, SIRIM and WELS and is inline with water conservation without sacrificing the customer’s comfort
• Landscape and Green Building – encourages to be environmentally responsible and resource-efficient as much as possible in building development
• Environment-Friendly Construction Methodology – Practicing environmentally friendly earthwork methodology such as tree mulching, coir log, silt trap, earth drain & etc.
• Energy Saving – encourages energy saving when using electricity and water. Replacing light bulbs with LED energy saving bulbs
